A family favourite!

Bring the gang along on a swashbuckling adventure back in time. Learn all about the history, culture and natural environment of Grand Turk, with special emphasis on the colourful characters from the past to the present. An interactive treasure map is included, with clues to help find real treasure.

The Turks & Caicos Islands was a natural base of famous pirates like Edward Teach, François l’Ollonnais, Calico Jack Rackham and the lady pirates, Anne Bonny and Mary Reid. While in Cockburn Town, visit H.M. Old Prison, built in 1830, then search for real treasure outside the walls, before continuing to the lighthouse.

Hop aboard our comfortable open sided trams or air-conditioned Old Town Trolley, on a 2 hour, narrated adventure around the entire island. Our talented local guides will point out interesting facts along the way and you can expect to see wild horses, donkeys and exquisite bird life. Centuries old buildings, churches, lodges, inns and the Grand Turk Lighthouse.

Starting at the Cruise Center gates, our trams and trolleys wind through the narrow seaside streets and alleys, with scheduled stops in Cockburn (“Co-burn”) Town, for shopping, museums, local culture and treasure hunting, then off to the lighthouse. At all of our stops, we provide adequate time to explore all that Grand Turk has to offer.

A complimentary bottle of water is provided before the tour and your participation directly benefits the Turks & Caicos Islands National Trust.
